Shipping & Returns

We normally ship via TNT or Orange Courier Service who require specific delivery instructions if no-one is home so please ensure you give us this information by placing them in the "Comments/Special Instructions" box when placing your order.

Wines will only be shipped in case lots so if ordering say a mixed case please make sure that you make the order up to multiples of 12.

When ordering Port allow two normal bottle spaces per case ie: only order 10 normal bottles with each bottle of port.

So that you receive your wine in perfect condition, during summer months orders are not normally dispatched on Thursday or Friday so that the wine is not sitting in a hot warehouse or truck over the weekend. If you require urgent delivery please advise us when you order.
